Flat Fan
Flat Fan, Fine attomizing 80 degree Flat Spray spray used in the Pre-Wetting Systems and small ATV Spray Bars. Flow rates from .1gpm to 1.5 gpm. Require Nozzle Body Assembly. Tips are std in Thermo Plastic, good life and excellant chemical resistance, available in Brass and SS. Thermo Plastic are color coded for identification. Use # 8006, 8008 or 8010 for Prewetting systems. ( flow is .6, .8 & 1.0 gpm respectivly) most prewetting systems ex # 8008
Drilling Nozzles
Use for penetration of Hard Pack Snow, Flow rate at 40 psi is approx. 3 gpm . Use as a quick coupled nozzle by installinginto # 075B3/4 Quick Coupler shown on right.Drilling or Pencil tips may be used with a drop leg, a 16” long flexible tube 1/4” dia and dragged down the road. This applies a concentrated path of de-icier to burn through the hard pack, which then fans out under the pack, on top of the road surface causing the bond to break. Plowing is then faster, easier, less costly. A must for any direct road application to penetrate hard pack
Spray Nozzles for Pile Spray, Plazas, Truck Boxes
Red nozzle for spray lances, with adjustable pattern from long stream to wide mist, 1 1/2” size is 40 gpm, 1” size is 20 gpm. Rubber Tip and Grooved handle for hand control. Nozzle has off position. ( when using on a lance use a back-up 1/4 turn ball valve for on/off control and thus saving adjusted pattern)
K-Ball Wet Boom Nozzles Assembly
Sized to pipe dia. 1” , 1 1/2” or 2”. Drill 9/16” hole, install assembly over hole and snap retaining clamp in place. Nozzles swivels for directional spray, and can be removed and replaced without tools. Flood Style or Flat Fan stylesavailable. 1 thru 5 gpm each.
