Spray Bars, Reese Hitches, & Custom Set-Ups

All spraying equipment includes the standard 1 ½” dia. Spray bar with 5 quick coupled spraying nozzles for winter use. Also included with these spray bars are the addition of 9 drill tips to penetrate the hard pack snow and get liquid to the road surface. These are also quick coupled for quick changes when needed. Dual spray bars have the same features but allow you to change the sprayer pattern without getting out to change the nozzles. Requires dual 12 volt control valves

Spray Lances & Spray Bars

A spray lance can be used for many different applications and a wide variety of gallons per minute. Most commonly used for spraying piles of salt in the winter or spraying sidewalks but can be used for any application. The standard spray lance is about 42” long with a valve on one end and the nozzle on the other.

Reese Hitch

The Reese Hitch is used to connect the spray bar to the truck for easy attach and detach.

Dual Spray Bar, Dual Purpose

Dual spray bars have many purposes such as covering more ground and easily changing the spray pattern without changing nozzles.

Top Spray for Anti-icing with uniform coverage across the road surface. Quick coupled nozzles for quick change when needed. Up to 60 gpm Bottom Spray for De-icing, drill thru hard pack to reach the road surface, Break up iced over roads with a single focused beam of de-icer. Directional Nozzles can be set for aiming at select road areas. Reese Hitch adapter included Requires dual 12 volt control valves PVC Schedule 80, 90” long

Side Spray

Side sprays can be added to any system either single or dual. Side sprays are added to expand the spray pattern and cover a whole another lane. Options include single nozzle on the end, multiple nozzles or custom set ups.

Custom Spray Bars

Featured above is a custom 2” spray bar 10’ in length with 15 nozzles. The spray bar is going to be used on the back of a trailer for dust control. We can make spray bars in any length, size and any amount of nozzles. Custom spray bars can be used for any application will easy interchangeable nozzles to meet your spray pattern needs and also your GPM requirements.

Featured above is a custom 2” spray bar at its longest 16’ in length with 21 nozzles. The main bar is the standard 90” spray bar with male quick connects on each end to make for fast and easy hook up of the side extensions for a wider spray pattern. This can be used 4 different ways and with many different nozzle options it could be used for any application. This particular spray bar is going to be used on the back of a truck for dust control on a steel mill.
